Streetcars will make getting sround easier for families with young children. unlike buses, children don't have to struggle up adult-sized steps to get on a streetcar. Because they have an open design, strollers can be rolled right onto the streetcar and don't have to be folded up.

You can purchase your ticket in advance of the streetcar arriving at the stop or after you have boarded, meaning a parent with two young children can get kids in their seats before having to get out their wallet to pay the fare.

Going to a Reds game with children who are unaccustomed to crossing busy streets and walking many blocks can be stressful, but the streetcar will allow the family to hop on board and get droppe doff right in front of the stadium. And don't forget, kids love trains.
